Reach forklift
This is a stand-up forklift.
The vehicle is smaller and slimmer than counterbalance forklifts, making it suitable for working in confined spaces.
Smaller tires offer better maneuverability, but they tend to wear out faster.
Three types of tires are installed: drive tires, road tires, and caster tires.

Things to check before changing tires
Please check the following.
- Confirming tire size
- Confirming the forklift manufacturer and model
- Confirm whether it is an "air-filled tire" or a "puncture-proof tire"
- Confirm whether the wheel is a "matching wheel" or "ring-type"
- Customers using rental wheels must inspect the condition of the wheels.
1. How to Check Your Tire Size
The tire size is stamped on the sidewall of the tire, as shown in the image below.
Please check the sidewall of the tires on the vehicle for which you wish to have the tires replaced.
2. How to Verify the Manufacturer and Model of a Forklift
Please take a look at the nameplate (the plate displaying the model number and other information) on the forklift, as shown in the photo below.
The model number and serial number are listed here.
Some manufacturers include tire sizes in their specifications.
3. How to Check "Air-Filled Tires" and "Puncture-Resistant Tires"
Air-filled tires have an inner tube, so they always have a valve for inflating.
Puncture-proof tires do not have valves. Additionally, the sidewall bearing the tire size marking will have an inscription such as "SOLID".
4. How to Verify "Combined Wheels" and "Ring-Type"
A composite wheel is a wheel consisting of two rims bolted together.
Therefore, you can see the nuts securing the rim (usually 12 or 16) in addition to the mounting nuts on the vehicle.
The ring-type consists of the rim body, lock ring, and side ring.
The number of nuts is fewer than the matching wheels, consisting only of the nuts for vehicle mounting (typically 6 to 8).
5. Customers using rental wheels must inspect the condition of the wheels.
To reduce work time and improve efficiency, our shop offers "wheel rental" services where tires are provided pre-mounted on wheels.
If you are using rental wheels, compensation fees will apply if the returned wheels are damaged.
If your current wheels have cracks, chips, or other damage, we also sell tires with new wheels.
